4. Client Materials & Assets

5. Creative Ownership & Master Licensing

Ownership of final commercial masters, broadcast deliverables, and usage licenses is governed by individual formal Statements of Work (SOW) executed between VERITAZ and the commissioning client. Master ownership rights transfer upon full settlement of agreed production invoices.

6. Commercial Production Engagements

All commercial film productions, luxury brand campaigns, and visual finishing services require a formal written proposal or Statement of Work detailing project scope, deliverables, timeline, licensing terms, and payment milestones.

7. Quotations & Payment Terms

Quotations issued by VERITAZ are valid for the timeframe specified therein. Production schedules are confirmed upon receipt of initial milestone deposits. Payment terms and late payment adjustments are strictly enforced per individual service contracts.

8. Project Delivery & Technical Acceptance

Master video files, broadcast cuts, and digital assets are delivered via secure master transfer links. Clients have a standard review period defined in their Statement of Work to provide consolidated feedback prior to final mastering approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERITAZ Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website access or temporary service unavailability.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
